Would you like Winston with that?
An exhibition of prints and photographs from Winston’s Restaurant in London
Anson Cutts Gallery

This exhibition features prints, photographs, and newspaper clippings that once adorned the walls of “Winston’s,” a popular restaurant in London. When the restaurant closed in 1991, these items came to the Winston Churchill Memorial. This collection of images constitutes an archive that demonstrates Churchill’s continuing appeal as an icon of twentieth century popular culture, and provides an interesting visual biography of Churchill from his early life to the time of his death in 1965.  The exhibit opens on November 30, Churchill’s Birthday, and runs until February 29.

March 24 and 25
The Winston Churchill Memorial is pleased to announce that it will present, for two days only (March 24 and 25), the exhibit "Herzl: Up Close and Personal, in pursuit of the Zionist vision" (a presentation of the Herzl Museum and Educational Center produced by the Department for Zionist Activities, World Zionist Organization).

This exhibit comes to the Memorial from Congregation Beth Shalom in Columbia, Missouri. It will be on exhibit there (500 W Green Meadows Rd) from March 6 until March 22.
